Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every scent that fills your home, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused candles. If a fragrance isn't the perfect match for your space, we will help you find the right one or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unlit candle in its original decorative box and shipping carton to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or ship your new scent within 5-7 business days.
